In 1986, L.E. Sommer & Sons expanded their successful feed mill business in Kidron, Ohio by purchasing the current location in Seville, Ohio. Since they began producing wild bird feed in 1994 they have continually grown by offering excellent customer service and superior products including custom blending. It is now one of the largest manufacturers of these products in Ohio and the surrounding states, shipping over fifty tons of feed every day. In December 2007, L.E. Sommer & Sons was purchased by Town & Country Co-op, Inc. Sommer’s Wild Bird Foods packages a complete product line of wild bird and wild life feeds manufactured to the highest quality standards. Our wild bird foods are locally made and always fresh, being blended on the day they are loaded. All of our bird seeds are aspirated just prior to packaging. This is done to remove unwanted dust and debris that birds do not want, also reducing the need for cleaning bird feeders.
